Plleeaassee Help With My Scanner

I HAVE JUST SPENT AGES DOWNLOADING EVERYTHING INTO FILES TO SEND VIA THE ONLINE ATTACHING I SAVED THEM AS JPEG BUT WHEN I TRY TO UPLOAD ONTO VISA IT SAYS FILE TOO BIG
WHERE DID I GO WRONG

I'm not computor whizz but this may help.
Save them as a pdf and reduce the dpi setting before scanning, and maybe scan in black and white.

I Thought They Had To Be Colour
Can You Compress Them Would That Help Or Do I Have To Re Scan

Not 100% sure of the color issue.

Pictures are saved as .jpg, documents are generally saved as either .pdf or .tiff Not sure if they will accept a zipped document. You may have to re-scan, maybe as a .pdf multipage document.

if you don't have a pdf writer on your pc, you can download pdf 995. It brings up a sponsor pages when you use it, hense why its free, but i've used it for publishing BIG documents and it will do the trick.
Also when you scan your doc if you go through your scan package rather than the one touch button, you can reduce the dpi so the files not so big.

The scans have got to be colour unless you have them certified as copies.

The thing is there is little help on the site regarding scanning in the documents and the info on the immi site is there but hard to find. We found it by accident and can't refind it now.

Just Scanning Again As Dpi 100 As Thats The Nearest I Can Get Too Aarrgghh
But When You Get On The Site For The Online Thing I Couldnt Find Where It Said That You Had Finished Downloading Them To Them????????
Just Downloading All My Certificates Then I Will Try Again Stay Around Lol
