online visa?

Hi can anyone help?

Trying to fill in the online visa, just wondering do you have to sign when it is complete? How do you do this online? Also do you scan the birth certificates? If you do, how do you get them certified? And what is the bio page in the passports? Do you scan this in too? And how do you prove a defacto relationship?

Hi Jayne,
we did on-line incl meds (Monday). Its v straightforward & the system prompts you to add on information or book medicals etc via messages on the main page that lists all the applicants. Our certs were scanned saved as jpegs & sent via the attatchments page. all easy enough if you're a reg computer user. All info in now so just waiting for visa decision. We began process for a 457 empoloyer sponsored about 6weeks ago.

forgot to add you need to get your copies certified by a notary - usually a solicitor- look in yellow pages, this means they copy them & stamp the copies to certify they are a genuine copy- it must be a registered notary to do this, it can be expensive on a per sheet basis, unless you jnow a friendly solicitor who'll do you a job lot for a fixed fee! I don't know about the de-facto stuff, have you looked through the immi site for any sdvice on unmarried partners? Also try one of the agencies that tout on here they are very good sourcs of free info, but you may have to wait for a callback.

We didn't use certified copies, as long as your scanner is in colour then your ok to use originals.

we just scanned our docs in,if you run out of memory space a case worker who is assighned to your visa will contact you to let you know if they need any more info...

HI WE DID OURS ONLINE NO YOU DONT NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING AS YOUR SIGNATURES ARE ON YOUR PASS PORT THE BIO PAGE IS THE ONE CONTAINING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PICCIE, IF YOU RING YOUR NEAREST COURT AND ASK ABOUT GETTING A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE TO SIGN THEM THEN ITS FREE, I SENT THEM ALL OF TO THE CITIZEN AND IMMIGRATION PLACE. JUST WAITING FOR OUR POLICE CHECKS TO COME BACK AND THEN THATS IT ALL DONE.

Hi thanks, do you have to get a JP to sign? Or can you just scan them? Are you just waiting for police checks and then sending your visa? Or have you sent online visa already?

HI WE SENT ALL THE THINGS LIKE COPIES OF PASSPORTS QUALIFICATIONS ETC ASAP THE VISAS THAT WE DID ONLINE WE SUBMITTED AND THEN WE SENT ALL THE STUFF THE NEXT DAY AS FOR THE POLICE CHECKS THEY WILL BE SENT OF WITH MY QUALIFICATIONS TOMORROW. AND WE GOT A JP TO SIGN BUT A BUSINESS MANAGER CAN SIGN THEM. THIS IS THE LAST THING WE HAVE TO DO AND IT WAS ONLY JUST OVER A MONTH AGO THAT WE SUBMITTED THE ONLINE VISAS

HI DIDNT REALISE THAT THE MAIL HAD COME THE OH HAD OPENED THEM AND PUT THE PC TO ONE SIDE AARRRGGGHHH. THATS WHY IN THE FIRST BIT I SAID THEY WOULD BE SENT WHEN I GET THEM
