How to get your Police checks?

How do you go about getting your police checks done pls?
Is it best to call in to your local station or can the forms be downloaded off the internet?

I downloaded the forms from the South Yorkshire police website - or alternatively you can get them from your local police station.

Hiya...you can do either.

If you 'google' Subject Access together with your locality, you'll get your local police force with the relevant forms to download.
