Hi Lee We went with an agent called Ian Harrop he is based in oxon near Burford, you can either go down to the offices and meet in person or do everything over the phone and email.
We have done everything over the phone and by email and everything has gone well.
Hope this helps a little
Tracey

The Emigration Group - They were really helpful, we didn't do very much apart from fill in a questionnaire, provide some documents and sign a few forms. Yes it cost some but well worth it cos he we are living our dream down under.

Hi Lee

Me and the girlfriend are using John Adams at immigration2oz.com to help us gain our student visa. John was recommended to us by Stefan Watts at studyoptions.com.

The fee for his service is £750 + vat. This includes everything to do with the visa application (except meds of course). This fee also includes his services for when I pass my course in June 2010 to help me with a permanent visa application.

Hope this helps a fellow Yorkie

Good luck

Jimbob & Rachel

fatpom will become famous soon enough
I wouldn't recommend the agent we used to anyone!
He was lazy filling the forms in... wouldn't read the accompanying notes. Didn't seem to care?
Got my mothers year of birth wrong... not surprising really she's lied about it for decades now. My spouse swears he got the day wrong also (until she put him right!!!)
He didn't fill the forms in legibly apparently?
I know for a fact he only spoke to the CO for two, at most three times and then only for a few quick questions. He didn't keep my spouse properly informed of developments. He expected unreasonable recompense for filling my spouses section in... the cheek of it!
All in all I strongly recommend you stay well clear of that mob
