Hi everyone
Anyone have any idea how long it takes from everything being with case officer they wanted everything by 9th November, our medicals are done and on the way, our police checks arrived in the post today (applied 12th September) so I will get them sent tomorrow, now I have no idea how long to expect?

I was just wondering myself what the latest news was on timescales. A couple of weeks ago I was told that medicals were taking about 10 weeks to be processed before being sent on to the COs. Ours arrived on 27th August and I keep hoping that things have speeded up otherwise it will be at least December before we hear anything.
Sorry not to have much good news. Maybe someone else will have more hopeful updates.

Might be worth giving you CO a shout, LCU were processing meds 28 Aug yesterday - yours may done!!:)

I'd put it on now, we're in supposedly bombproof W.Bridgford Nottm, usually houses sell in a few days, we thought we'd have no problem - 2 viewers in 2weeks, no offers! 3 houses sold on our road last year on the day they went on incl our nextdoor neighbours! estate agent said quietest he's seen market for last 10years. You could at least start getting the agents around & get to know the local market so you know where to pitch yours. We had a £45K range in valuations ! bonkers

I don't think I could face trying to get through to Oz on the phone. Thank you for letting me know though. Hopefully we will now get news before my agent leaves on 28th November for over a month!
