Shippers

Anglopacific never got back to us - even for a quote!
So, it boils down to a choice between Crown or Pickfords.
I would like to know who broke/damaged the most amount of stuff? And how good were they at recompensing?
I need to decide which of these two to ship with, within a few days!
I suppose this thread should discuss all the shipping companies, for everyone's benefit.
Thanks

The Picketts is an unknown quantity at this point
We used Allied Pickfords (Enfield branch). All good but had two broken bowls and a small side table damaged - otherwise very good service throughout.

Did you try PSS? we are using them on 12/11. I had lot's of quotes, but found them to be the most professional. I'm quite fussy (ask my OH!) and although not the cheapest, they just seemed better. Obviously I haven't used them Yet.... but sure the good folks on here will help.

all the best!

Shipping

I'm getting quotes in off 3 at the moment, Crown on everyone's recommendation on the site, all sounds great. Also getting quotes off John Mason, and Britania. Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi guys
I am trying to find a link or phone number for Crown removals, can anyone help? So many seem to recommend them i'd like to give them a try. Do they cover south east uk or are they only based in the north?
Thanks
