help with student visa

hi hope someone can help me .my son is applying for a student visa and wants to include his girlfriend on the application . we need an idea of what evidence we can use to prove their defacto relationship. they never had a joint bank account and can only find some of their tenancy agreements (landlord been repeatly asked to provide info but so far not forthcoming). we have one council tax bill for last 2years with both names on it . do you think we can include seperate named bills for the same address?
any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hiya, not 100 % but think that should be ok, at least they have some evidence, it's better than nothing.

photo's, invitations that they've kept inviting them to things as a couple, stat decs off people, letters or emails they've sent each other.

thanks for that shall get photos out and also see if we can find any invites.
If they need any more info do they just request it or will they turn us down for lack of evidence ?
