different Royal mail explanation

HI Again,

Thought i would ring the Royal mail again and this time i got a different story,
The parcel service the medical centre used only tracks it within the Uk .
They have said it has left the uk ,but we have to contact who ever it is getting delivered to ,to say they havn,t received it and then after 25 days they will look into it. Does anyone know if i can contact the LCU to say they have received it or Australia,s postal service to say it has been delivered ,by giving them our tracking number.

sent mine on 22nd aug arrived in oz 26th aug. meds gone missing, last seen in customs.rang customs ,they dont have them ,rang auspost they havnt seen them, sent copies on 20th sept.
dont wait 25 days to trace them quicker to send copies. royal mail and aus post useless. i would rather fly over and deliver by hand.

Hi,
Know how you feel ,i have contacted aus post tonight by email and hope they reply.
I am going to resend them on Monday when i contact the medical centre, how long they take to do the copies i don,t know, and then i will ask them if i can organise the courier.
Probably use Interparcel

ring them in the morning call 00 61 131318 and quote the royal mail tracking number. they will tell you its last location.
