Hi all. Can anyone help me please. Does anyone know of the correct address for sending xrays to Sydney. Have been asked to supply this. Have two address, but not sure which is correct. The hospital send them on.

Also while sending this email, if you are going through a migration agent like ourselves, make sure you keep on top of it. Have been waiting since July to hear, and have only been told today that they sent us an email on July 23rd, that we had to have our xrays, which we never received, as I have kept all emails from them. Every week we have emailed and asked if there is any news, to be told not yet, and then today I was asked when did you have your xrays, I told them we were told that we had to wait until you told us, so all this time has been wasted just hanging around. The problem that we are finding is that are to many people dealing with you, and one does not correspond with the other. Lets hope this will get moving now. But if anyone can throw some light on the correct address we would be very grateful.

Hi Mandy

Have you submitted the rest of the medicals or are the X-rays going with the rest of the medicals? Make sure you use the Local Clearance Unit Address it is as follows:

Department of Immigration and

Also if you want to email to double check they have arrived pop an email to the following:
LCU@immi.gov.au

Make sure you put your CLF number in the Subject Line.

Also ensure if posting you do so by courier that can be tracked for delivery - my owm clients of late have had a few problems with the LCU losing medicals, we have had to stay on top of them chasing delivery and also outcomes.
