Hi there uk passport holders get 15 points the info is on the Department of Immigration and Citizenship

Exemptions: Applicants who hold a passport from one of the countries listed below will not be required to sit the IELTS test to demonstrate that they meet the English language threshold:
      • United Kingdom (UK)
      • Canada
      • New Zealand
      • United States of America (USA)
      • Republic of Ireland.
You must demonstrate that you meet the English language threshold. In most cases, this is at the competent English level. If your nominated occupation is a trade occupation, the threshold is vocational English.

      Points awarded

You will be awarded points based on your English language ability at the time you lodge your application.
Level of EnglishPoints Proficient25Competent15Vocational and nominated a trade occupation15

      hope this helps
