TRA forms finally posted!!!
Well, I've finally got my TRA application in the post - 10 days left til the change over (hopefully enough time for it to get there in time???)

How long will it take before I get the confirmation letter?
I'm not holding my breath for the yes/no letter as there will be a massive back log I guess!

I feel like I'm getting somewhere now - it's starting to feel real

Hey

We posted ours the other day! and our blokey at VB said it would take 6-8 wks for the whole thing............but if it gets to Oz (Adelaide apparently) before the change in sept it'll be all good!

Good luck - its a strange feeling knowing thats on the way!

Well Done, doesn't it feel good to get it off finally!
TRA is in Canberra, ours was signed for today at TRA......IT MADE IT!!
I'm expecting them to have a bag log now, but at least I know they will be dealing with it, because apparently all envelopes are stamped on the day they are received and as long as that date is before 1st Sept, TRA will deal with the application.

ah, who knows - its gone via Visa Bureau........and to be honest its OH who has been dealing with the guy on the phone, it probably is Canberra!!

but i have been up since 4.30am so maybe i wasnt listening!

We posted our TRA at the end of July and we received a reply about 4 weeks later to say we had passed.
