Points on licence

Hi All, ive just got my TRA through and im desperately trying to complete my application form before the Sep 1st deadline but need a bit of advice. In the Health and character section it asks if ive been convicted of any criminal offence. Does anyone know if this includes points on my licence for a driving offence?

I'm not sure, but to be on the safe side I would put down the points AND what they were given for ... after all there is a huge diference between 3 points for beaking the speed limit by 5 mph ...say dangerous driving.

I think the general feel on PIO is that it is better to give too much information that not enough.

I would'nt have bothered seeing as apparently they all drive around like complete nutter's, but Mrs KP put mine down on the Visa App, an if it is true that they are crazy driver's we'll save money cos i'll be the only 1 driving, so only 1 license and 1 lot of insurance to pay out.

Hi Chris, no you dont need to put points down it is only criminal offences as we didnt need to put points on

Hi,thats strange,because we both have points on ours,but they never showed up on the police checks.
