They need to write whatever they know about your relationship - when/how you met, when/how you decided to marry, what your wedding was like (presuming they attended), whether they think your relationship with your spouse is a genuine one, what your living arrangements are like, etc. etc. They're just looking for confirmation that your parents are fully aware of your marriage, support it, etc. Applied for PMV 300: 18 April 2013 (Washington, D.C.)
