My Visa application and nomination were both submitted on 02/07/14 with all medicals, PCC's etc though an MA. It was acknowledged on 10/07/14 at the Parramatta office. Raj11 Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 Hi Employer nomination lodged 08 july 2014 ENS application lodged 09 july 2014 We did medicals upfront overseas before the lodging the applications But when we returned back they said my wife needs to repeat urine test. As we were back in Aus so we went to medibank to which they refused As they they can't link the medicals done overseas with the one done here. So we went ahead with the application and will wait for the case officer What he has to say about the medicals. We are going nuts as my wife doesn't Want to repeat the whole medical again if case officer asks. Any suggestions about this will be appreciated aa we very stressed abouy why They asked about repeat urine test and on top we cant even do here untill case officer Is allocated. We still have no update unfortunately still just a waiting game for us. Wonder if any other members applied in July I would be curios to see if they have received a response as yet. No CO alocation or any other responses yet. I know you started this thread for July but thought it might be useful to you and others in this thread as my application is just a week earlier. Cheers. The waiting game is killing me thanks for sharing your timeline we can keep this forum up to date. We have had no response or CO allocated. Your advice is appreciated! That's exactly what I did, the day i saw the "organize your health" link on my immiaccount, I arranged to do my medicals (and many others on here done the same). I done my medicals last week and as for PCC's, they are valid for a year so I would suggest doing them ASAP because all these things will just prolong your process. kseafield Posted September 4, 2014 Share Posted September 4, 2014 Nothing yet but all my PCC's and health checks have been submitted (with everything else), I lodged my application on the 24th June. Many of the applicants on this forum that's been granted a 186 visa didn't hear anything from a case officer and didn't even know they had one unit they woke up one day and found that their visa's have been approved. If I do it and validity is over when my case is taken, then what would I do? Will I have to take it again? To be on the safe side what should I do? And asked to submit the IDs of my parents and siblings before 28 working days. Does it mean my Nomination is approved?
