hello rach and carl here, were still fairly new to the site. I was just woundering if anyone knows if you can go over to oz on a normal 3 month holiday visa and try and find an employer willing to sponsor you and if so can you stay out there without coming back? My sister also in the same bout and asked me to ask this question?

p.s. if you get an employer willing to sponsor, bear in mind you have to make sure that you get a bridging visa so that you weren't staying over here illiegally when your holiday visa ran out. You would be better getting a working holiday visa, that way it lasts longer, and you aren't telling immi. that you are here for hols, when you are in fact looking for a job. They could check your bags and see CV'S etc.. You are better to be on the safe side, but Im sure ppl have done it before.
