Visa Passport Dilemma!!!!!

Hi guys, We need some advice!! We are now preparing everything for our Visa application 136 and are awaiting the return of our TRA. My passport and my other half also eldest daughter expires in 2010. Son's expires in 2012 and middle daughters expires in 2009. We are hoping to move to Oz end of 2007 early 2008. Do you think we need to renew the 2009 expiry passport before we lodge our application. Or do we renew it when it expires in Oz, how difficult is this, to renew and get visa put in new one? Please help a very confused Smith Tribe

Hiya im sure they recommend you have 3 years remaining when you enter ,but you can get a new passport from here you just have to carry 2 around as your old one will contain visa,there has been a few questions like this over the last year or so it may be worth a search through the forum ,,
