It normally takes 6 to 10 weeks to get a result from the ACS for RPL.
Can't really give you specific advice, as every RPL applicant has his/her unique set of circumstances. As I happen to specialize in RPL cases, perhaps you might want to get your hubby to take a look at my website and send me his CV from there?
