Hiya we used Visa Bureau ,i can highly recommend there services and cannot fault anything about them ,we applied for a 136 visa in sept 05 and we had the visa by april 06,we had a full 40day wait for the police checks and a few hiccups and delays with my medical ,so all in all they did pretty well getting our paperwork checked and forwarded on quickly .They always took or returned my calls the same day ,and were very helpful and friendly.

Hi Boobear

Can you tell us a bit more sbout yout situation, please? If you are getting conflictng advice, it sounds as if there may be a complexity in your situation that is causing uncertainty and conflict among the agents you have consulted so far.

If you can provide more info, we'll all try to help.

Which agents have you spoken wth so far and whay did they say, please?

Cheers

Gill

Hi there

We used access migration: http://www.accessmigration.com/

We were recommended to them by some friends. They tell you up-front if they think they can get you in. When we joined with them if they couldn't get you in then you got your money back, don't know if they still do that though. Therefore they only take your case if they think they have a good chance of getting you in. We were very pleased with them and I know a few others who used them as well (all successful). :D

hi we are using access migration too and yes they still use the no visa no fee thing. which is why we decided to go with them after speaking to a few, one of which wanted an awful lot of money, and the other i felt actually knew lesss about the process than i did. i felt comfortable with access migration and with the added benefit that they would not take us on unless they felt they could do the best for us and a little insurance that if we didnt get accepted we would get money back, friends of ours are also using them. all the best
