Hi all.

I have just booked up a date to have mine done by a JP at the local magistrates court.
Cost £8, Had to sennd a cheque to my local court service and next day a very helpful lady rang me and arranged an appointment,
My local court holds sessions twice a week so i coould choose whichever one siuted me the best.
I would be interested to know what the exact wording is.

Mike.

hi there,
we have had all our documents certified by a teacher, and these have all been fine, I know this because we failed our first TRA assessment due to lack indentures (LONG STORY), we have had a few conversations with TRA assessors and all our certified documents are absolutely fine NO ISSUES WITH TEACHER SIGNING, this was confirmed by email via our actual TRA assessor.

Smile Certified Documents

Hi
below is a paragraph taken from TRA guidelines website (www.workplace.go.au) stating who CAN CERTIFY DOCUMENTS

Certified document. Documents that have been certified or guaranteed by a certifying person as a true copy of the original document.

Certifying person. Your country has suitably qualified people who are able to witness your signature on a legal document, e.g. lawyer, doctor, policeman, school teacher.

I am not very technical so i dont know how to forward you this link.

The correct wording is

I_____________________________ Hereby confirm that this copied document is a true copy of the original of which I have witnessed in person.

My current occupation is ______________________________________________

Contact Details
Address

Tel No______________________________________

Signed___________________________________ Date _________________

Hope this helps
Kim

Hi Nattie

The paragraph hat Kim mentions can be found in the TRA FAQs part of the workplace website,
http://www.workplace.gov.au/workplac...t/TRA/FAQs.htm.

if you contac the local magistrates court you can get all documents certified by the magistrate for about £8.
