How to send TRA

Hi y'all

I am nearly there getting all the bits together for the TRA application. Can anyone advise me the best way to send it? I would have just sent it recorded so that I know that it will get there and someone will sign for it, but is there a better way?

Carla

After reading some bad post about Royal Mail we sent ours by a courier recomended on here www.wedelivertheworld.co.uk

They where half the price of DHL direct, but it was actually a DHL courier that picked it up. I could track it all the way.

kimdownie is an unknown quantity at this point
Royal mail

we sent ours by royal mail signed for service and it got there in 8 days, which was quite good. at least you know it will be signed for. the only problem is that you cant track it once it has left the country. the aus post tracking service is less than useless. We contacted TRA after 8 days and they confimed that they had recieved it that day. We recieved our acknowledgement letter to say that tra had recieved our application exactly 8 days after that. the auspost tracking service still says "no record". but we think it was a pretty good service other than that.

I sent mine by interparcel, it gets there the next day and cost about £20 for a large envelope that weighs under 1kg, DHL collected it but it cost a lot less than going to them direct.
You can track it through thier website and it gets signed for at the other end

Thanks Guys.

As I live in France I will look into all the options, but at least I have some idea of the best way to send these things.
