Form 80 - Personal Particulars & Character Assessment

Something to ponder which may save you a lot of time and effort.

I asked our agent today about Form 80 and whether we needed to complete it, he said that in 99% of circumstances this form is not requested by Adelaide. He said we could complete and send it if we so wished but it isn't absolutely necessary.

Dont know what to do now as it is on the checklist of documents for the visa form.

Has anyone applying without an agent not sent it and not received a request for it? Any info would be appreciated.
