Migrating to Australia

I am a new member and I had a few questions for anyone who has successfully migrated to Australia. I am finishing my 4 year bachelor of business degree, I have studied abroad and met and Australian, and had a little boy together who is now 6 months old. I have been looking into migrating to the country and have realized how difficult it could be to find a job to sponsor me into the country. My goal is to move to Australia in the beginning of August of 2007. Any suggestions and advice to help me get through this proccess easier would be much appreciated. Thanks!
