Hiya im not 100% sure what your actually asking but a permant residency visa is a type of visa which i think are aimed more at the Modl list (skills in demand) ,if granted you can live happily ever after with whichever dependants were named in the application,to get the residency i think you have to live in oz for 2 out of the first 5 yrs to claim residency and get your passport.If you already have a relation who is a permant resident it depends on the length of time they have been here as to wether they can sponser you to move over,i do hope this makes sense and im sure someone will correct me if i got anything wrong,,maybe explain a little more about what your trying to do and im sure one of us jolly lot will try and help
