familyof4 Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 From reading the comments on here, I understand that you have to activate your visa within 1 year of either your medical or police report depending on which is the earlier date. Can the OH of the main applicant activate the visa then come back to the UK until the whole family are ready for the move? Is it correct you have 5 years after activating the visa for you to move and would you have to provide more medicals and police reports? Peach Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 The whole family must activate their visas by visiting Australia by the Initial Entry Date (one year from police check / medicals).
