Full Response Within 28 Days?

Hi, we got an ‘Initial Request’ letter via email last week from a case officer asking for meds and police certs.

The letter asks for a ‘Full Response Within 28 Days’.

There are seven of us so it’ll take a while to organise medicals, and police certs could take a longer...

Can anyone tell me what response do they need?? We’re not in any rush to be honest.

I'' ask for the police check rerceipts and then have a go scanning and emailing them..
