Can anyone help me ,i have just been possibly offered a job as a brickie in nsw but the prospective employer has concerns that if the work dries up will he need to keep me on or can he lay me off also how does that work with the rsms or ens visa??? hope someone can assistme so i can fone him back soon Thank you in advance

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer myself. I think this query really needs help from a proper migration agent. (I'm not a migration agent and I really don't know anything about the visas you have in mind.)

In case Phil Olsen is away or something (I haven't seen him around on her much lately, but the Oz schoolchildren have only just gone back to school after their long summer hols, so Phil may reappear now) I think it would be sensible to post your question on the Go Matilda forum as well.
