Regional or Non-Regional

Can someone tell me is the Sunshine Coast counts as Regional for migration ,we need the extra 5 points this provides.

We are an education agent, Sunshine Coast TAFE say they are regional.

For which visa category, Nigel?

If you are looking at a Skilled Independent Regional visa (subclass number 495) the answer is yes:
