47SK Application Problem

On form 47SK, one of the questions (Part F Q46) asks for all family members including stepbrothers / sisters to be listed together with their DOB.

We have some stepbrothers that we have no contact with so we don't know how to find the DOB. We have tried the electoral register but no joy.

Any ideas ?

Hi Gary,

I had the same as you had no idea where some were living now let alone their dob and place of birth, so asked agency and I wrote a self stat declaration explaining this and they were happy with that, infact we have just been instructed to get meds and police checks done. But up until last thursday I wasn't so sure this was going to be ok. Good luck.
