I am sure this question is somewhere on the forums but I can't find it. We have just sent off my husband's application for a Partner visa. We have been together for 6 years (married for nearly 4), both my children are over 18 and not included in the application and I am an Aussie citizen. I am assuming my husband will have no problem getting a visa, but just wondered how long we might have to wait. The High Commission say between 3 and 10 weeks but can anyone give me a less vague time frame?
