forward loading

we have sent off our application,(june 2006), independent skilled visa. we were wondering what is forward loading and/or how do you go about it?.

we live in the north east,(teesside), so how do you get the list of medical centres etc?.

any info would be welcome.

Front loading is when you get your police checks & medicals done and sent off before they are requested. It can speed up the process if everything goes smoothly - there are some risks too, so it might not be the best thing for everyone.

You can get a list of places that do medicals and x-rays off the Australian Embassy/High Commission website- google for it and I'm sure you'll find what you need quite quickly.
