Our kids hold dual nationality, but they have new zealand citizenship by descent. Meaning that if they dont live in NZ for 3 years their kids do not inherit the nz passport. Anyway, my question is will they qualify for Australian citizenship, and if so how long will they have to be resident for. Best wishes to all many thanks Jayne
