their case officer or is it just us poor sods :?: :!: :!: . We were having problems e-mailing our CO as we were getting failure notices so decided to stay up late last night and phone ASPC. We found out our CO is in another job and we will be assigned another shortly

Feels like everything is conspiring against us :(

We has the same we waited 12 weeks after meds & police checks sent in and when our agent phoned to see why it has taken sooo long they said they were still waiting for police check to arrive.So we photo copied police checks and tracking no & emailed them with the info the very next evening they phoned us to tell us we got our visas.
Found out later that our CO had left .
