I don't qualify for a skilled independent visa, so would need business sponsorship.
Does anyone have any advice about getting a job while based in the UK?
I'm attending the Skills Expo in London and have tried applying speculatively to several companies, but I'm not getting any reply at all.
I'd like to apply for jobs online, but all the main career websites / recruitment agencies seem to require you to have a relevant visa before you apply. How strict are they with this? Is there any way around it?
If I went to Australia for a two week holiday, how likely would I be to be able to arrange interviews in that time?
I work in
PR and have 2 1/2 years experience, so while my job is on 'the list' there is not a crucial need.
