I'd start by looking at the Skilled Independent visa (subclass number 136). Do you satisfy the basic requirements for skilled migration, and importantly can you attain at least 120 points?
Have a look here and check your points position and whether you also satisfy all the basic requirements of a skilled migration application:

If you do, the first step will be to obtain a skills assessment classification, which in your case will be via an application to the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council:

An alternative to a skilled application is to look at an employer sponsored visa strategy, though where you have a 136 visa available I'd usually be inclined to go for that pathway rather than one of the employer sponsored options.
Hope this helps.
