Hi Suzie

Will you go on the visa as a spouse, so you need to do you skills asssessment with ANMC. You can print the form from their website.
Your school of nursing will know exactly what a transcript is, they will charge you for sending a certified copy of it to the ANMC. If your school of nursing has closed down then the NMC will send the closest to it that they have and don't charge you.

In my case I had to do the skills assessment then modified assessment then get ANMC to send my file to Nurses Board South Australia and then registered with them.

Good luck and PM me if you have any further questions.

Ali

Hi, just read the thread. you can get the transcript for free from your nursing college/uni and get a solicitor to certify a photocopy. I paid £2 a document. May be cheaper this way.
Good luck

Transcript

Why couldn't I have gone to a University that does not charge you for a transcript ?
I had to pay my Uni £40 for my transcript to be sent to ANMC.
The transcript just lets ANMC know how many Clinical hours you put in during your training and how many hours were made up of Study.

Good Luck

Gill

My Mood:
Nige&Andrea will become famous soon enough
Hi
We just went through the process of gaining training transcripts from our School of Nursing / Uni.
They were £10 for each course we did. So if you have more than one qualification and also post basic courses you are likely to pay for each course done.
Just make sure you check them through properly when you get them..ours had whole blocks of training missing and they even gave me an extra middle name! I'm sure all organisations are not so incompetent though!!
Good luck
