Visa Notification

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I know alot of people have received emails from the agents telling them their visa has been granted - we're not using an agent - does the Case Officer email us or send us a letter?? I've been checking emails whilst hubby is patiently (and not so patiently) waiting for a letter to drop through the letter box.

You will receive an email from your case officer informing you that your visa has been granted, they call it a pre-grant letter
