Not yet qualified

I will be looking at migrating as a skilled person in just over 12 months.

I'm currently a trainee tax adviser, a profession on the skilled occupation list. I won't fully qualify until May 2007.

Is it worth applying for a visa in anticipation of qualifying or do I have to sit tight for 12 months until I can begin the process?

I don't fancy another 6 months minimum in the UK when I could be in Australia, but don't want to waste time, money and effort applying in vein before I have my qualification.

Thanks
