      Provisional Visa (Subclass 475, 487) 12 month renewal missing item in Form 1276

      Hey guys,

      How's everyone?

      Just noticed that the "Skilled – Regional Sponsored (subclass 487) 12 month renewal" is no longer present in Form 1276?

      Compare this,

      with this copy from the Immi

      http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1276.pdf

      Anyone noticed this too?

      The first form you have posted is over 5 years old - from 2007.

      Speak to an agent but I think you now need to apply for the new 489 to be able to extend for 1 year.
