I worked in accounting for now 6 mths,, i longed Skill Select and when comes to summary, 186 visa shows me that look exception or disregard,, what that means? Can i tick look exception?

mmm...not really sure what you mean...but I think you need to go back to www.immi.gov.au/skillselect ; look at the visa options available & read the requirements for each before you try to proceed further ...
