We signed up with an agent at the start of September, received a quote for the services and were very happy to pay this amount - well the retainer anyway.
Anyway, since sending all certificates, cvs, passport pages etc and retainer - have heard zilch and the retainer still not gone.
Agent hasnt directly responded to mail but says that he is conversing with a guy in Ireland (same company) about my skills assessment.
I am a little concerned he doesnt give me updates, and that the money/my certificates are in limbo. I know patience is a virtue in these circumstances - but should I keep pressing him for an update?
