Just been successful in our TRA Application, but we are having to use my husband's auntie as a sponsor, this will then give us 120 points. If anyone can give me any details on what the sponsor has to do, is there alot of work involved :?: and how long does this take :!:
I do know we will have to have a financial assurer and hand over $5,000 to keep in commonwealth bank for 2 years, in case any social security payments have been made.
We're applying under skilled australian sponsored. I'm providing the skill and my wife's family are providing the spondored part.
Basically, the sponsor has to affirm that they'll provide any support required for the first two years. The sponsor will also have to loge a bond of assurance before the visa is issued.
