I'm new to this site but have not yet seen anybody applying for the above visa (47sp).
We're at the stage where we've collated, printed and completed as much of the form filling as possible.. Police checks have been done, almost got the Statutory Declarations filled in but still have a lot more to.
Anywho, once we've put more ink to paper, lodged our application and got the health checks/x-rays sorted just wondered if anyone new if there was a minimum/maximum time limit for the acknowledgment (if there is one) through to completion - hoping there's no need for an AoS, that would be a right pain in the... :shock:
Feels like such an obvious question but have yet to find any answers on the net - obviously I'll keep searchin' for me...and ya'll!!!
We have just got our de facto spouse visa back and it took about 3 weeks in total from posting to receiving the news. I know this may be exceptional as I'm an Australian citizen as are our two kids.........Good Luck. :D
Hi I am married to an Australian and Moving back to OZ in Jan 06 :D . I just need help with my application. Is it best to complete the Spouses visa in Australia or should I complete and pay from England? :?:
I have been back in England for a year and have found it very hard to settle and relax! It is miserable and we are always skint! :x
