Emigrating with autism

Hello all, we are about to start the process of emigrating but have a concern that seems to be getting different responces so would like help!
Our 5 year old is statemented as having mild autism he is in main stream school with support for 15 hours per week will this prevent us from getting accepted? It would be great to here from anyone with advice!
