how to claim my self employement

Hi every one

I need your kind advice on below

1. I worked under "Senior Professional " at the starting point of my carrier. It the normal way in my country on my profession. She is ok to give letter and details of confirmation on payment. However, she is individual and more or less its "Association" . Please advice me will DIAC accept this kind of job? What are the proof i should provide?

2.I have not received any statutory payment and my income was below Income tax. I have letter received from Income Tax department to declare my income and I have replied that my income is below threshold level? Will it be evidence to proof of employment?

3. How to prove my own practice to DIAC? What are the document I should submit?

4.If I claim for 8 years do my evidence need to be complete set ? More than 5 years i have perfect evidence.

Hi, it's really hard knowing as each country has their own guidelines for being self employed, did you need to be registered with any other officials?
