DIAC Dilemma with Form1100

Talked with DIAC operator today who confirmed nomination(Form1100) issue has been sorted out on 28 June by approving Off-List Nomination.

File has been batched for CO and would expect to get assigned within 2/3 weeks.

I got it this info after several mail and costly phone calls. I know other 5 guys (out of forum) with same situation who are waiting too!!

Got the golden mail after lot of ups and downs in last 2 years 11 months.

Here I'am going through the same situation.I have also received the same mail from DIAC stating that my Form 1100 is invalid hence they cannot process the application.I have contacted the RDANI and they have sent the Form 1100 again on 31st May 2012 stating that they are still honouring sponsorship.My agent has wrote to DIAC to process the application.Still awaiting the response from them.

Meanwhile ,I was just wondering whether is it possible for me to request off-list nomination from Northern Inand like yours.Please advise.

Please confirm yours were NSW State Sponsorship or Regional Sponrship Visa?

Regional state sponsorship as yours. It was off-list second time. So far I guess, DIAC advised state to re-issue as off-list nomination or enlist in SMP

You should have co already if your 2nd nomination approved by DIAC. Ask your agent to check it with DIAC first.

Its been 2 weeks now I have contacted RDANI for off-list nomination,but they have not yet replied for my request.Really do not know what is to be done in this situation.Is there any way out if we contact the DIAC for any action from their Side.

Iam suffering as they didnt sent the Form 1100 on time,,,they sent the same after 2 years of intimation.Its really their fault.

Have some advise...

Couple of my known guys facing same problem as you. Suddenly RDANI got silent after starting skillselect. I guess, DIAC controlling SS which now affect on getting approval of off-list from NSW or other States . Keep chasing. Wish September will bring good news for you.
