kassa
I am going to lodge my application for Partner migration to Australia. And I started to read the questions, and I have a problem with this one: Have you or any person included in this application ever had a visa cancelled? I applied for extending my student visa in UK via university international office in 2010. later immigration officer had refused my application because I forgot to inculde the ATAS certifcate. but there was no sign on my passport. they asked me to reapply with that doccument. I applied and they granted the visa. Is this means that my visa was cancelled? Thank you.
Rezasol
I don't think this constitutes as a 'Visa cancellation'. If you received a 'Refusal Letter', you'll mention the details of the same under questions pertaining to 'If you were ever refused a visa of a country.' Be specific and also mention that it was subsequently granted.
