Form 26 -partner visa
Hi everyone, I'm new here and could use some help.
I'm an Israeli married to an Australian citizen and we've applied for the partner visa (subclass 309).
I have the medical examination tomorrow and I'm having some problems with form 26.
About the blood tests being done in the past, there is no way that I could ever remember the dates I've did them. I'll try to find it out through my doctor tomorrow morning, but in case I can't get it I need to know is it a big deal if I don't remember the date? (I don't even remember the year!)
Also question #14 is asking if in Australia I plan to (a)attend or teach classes (b)work in a health care, (C)work in childcare/creche.
To be honest I still don't know what I plan to do there so I don't know how to answer these questions, and since the only options on the page are yes or no, I can't give other details. I'm confused.
Also, do you think the doctor can help me with questions I'm not sure about? Are they even allowed to?
Looking forward for your advices, Thanks heaps for your help.
Lee.

well silly me, I only now noticed the question about blood tests is about ABNORMAL tests.. I'm so excited about the visa moving forward that I've miss that part. Now the question makes a lot more sence to me lol. So please ignore this question :)
