Hi everyone,
I'm a junior member, freshly joined!
would like to pick your brains if possible please...
Have been having arguments (little ones only) with hubby about this:
We are another couple of hopefuls going for a 175. The requirements don't ask for evidence of funds on how we would manage once the visa is granted (hopefully!), but I keep telling my husband that they may require to see if we enough dosh before they consider us seriously? What do you think?
They don't ask to see bank statements but did you provide them?
hoping things move fast as time is running out!

Blimey, I hope not! I think the bank statements are used for proof of income. Im not aware that you have to provide proof of funds for a 175 to be granted.

Funds dont come into the equation for 175 visa

Some states ask for proof of funds - others you just state how much you are taking with you for relocation costs, but this if for State Sponsored visas (176/475)

There is no requirement for proof of funds on 175 visa, and providing bank statements is for proof of employment.
