I've been sifting through lots of thread trying to get a clear picture of what difficulties are found with the temporary visa etc.
Not looking to buy a house for at least the first 2 years so would be on a PR for that so mortgage not an issue for me and ive seen threads that are very useful for people who are looking to buy advising to contact a mortgage broker as some banks will give mortgages.
Getting credit? credit cards, car finance, loans etc how difficult any advise? we are coming over with a limited amount of money and would need to get a car may not have enough for a 2nd hand car but possibly enough for a deposit on a finance agreement.
Medical insurance as we are only temporary residence initially are there differences to medical entitlement any special type of insurance etc?

I think those are the main questions i need clarifying, thanks very very much i know the answers are probebly out there but i cant see for looking :)
