Applied for 457 Visa-now might be pregnant!

My husband has a job in Oz for 6 months and we have just applied for a 457 visa; with him being the primary applicant and myself as the dependent.

I know think I might be pregnant. Does any one know how this will affect our visa application? If we are pregnant who should we inform?

We have been in Oz now for 2.5 years on a 457 - we arrived in November 2008 and had had our chest x-rays for the application in the late September that year. Our Visa was granted on th 13th October. I was very sick after arriving Oz but just put it down to being anxious and wondering if we really had done the right thing.
BUT early 2009 i found out i was pregnant and must have been before we left. My son was born mid July that year. So for me i was already here and the visa had already been granted. Ive since had another baby just in march this year. Ive had no problems having the baby in Aus but unsure how it affects you if you havent yet had it granted.

Just thought i'd tell you my story but hoping this bumps the thread up a little so you may get more answers
